CPA’s previous accounts payable process relied heavily on email and manual handoffs. Invoices were sent directly to managers, who coded and approved them before passing them on to the finance team. This lack of visibility made it difficult for accounts payable to track invoice status, follow up in time or ensure timely payments.
The organisation needed a solution that would simplify invoice handling for business managers, provide real-time oversight to the finance team and bring consistency to processes across cost centres.

Invoices now enter the system through a single channel and are instantly visible to the accounts team. Vendor onboarding was also modernised. Instead of back and forth emails, suppliers now submit their information through a guided digital form that includes proof of bank details, streamlining vendor creation and reducing risk.
