Nesuto’s accounts payable process was entirely manual. Invoice data was being keyed into the ERP system by hand, documents were stored in boxes and team members were regularly chasing approvals across departments.
Without built-in delegation of authority, invoices were often delayed or misrouted, while the absence of visibility made month-end closing slow and difficult.
