Extracted data is validated against Civica Authority’s master records for vendor verification, ABN checks, and duplicate prevention. These steps ensure the data meets compliance standards before processing.

RapidP2P automatically validates purchase order invoices by matching PO numbers, vendor details, and line-item data with Civica Authority’s records. This ensures financial accuracy, reduces manual errors, and speeds up invoice processing.
